The supply chain that supports private clients' online used car purchase experience is managed by our Production Department; it starts with vehicle repair and ends with delivery of the vehicle via one of our glass trucks or transportation to the pick-up branch. We operate quickly, effectively, and with data. However, that is insufficient for us! With the aid of an excellent production method, our objective is to completely transform the used automobile market for individual consumers. As the Business Development Manager Production, you may help us by consistently challenging the status quo and showcasing your proficiency in negotiations.
You collaborate closely with the on-site departments at our production sites in Germany as a member of the Business Development team at our Berlin headquarters to elevate our used car restoration program.
Your new Role:
In order to increase production capacity and enhance current workflows, construct creation and renovation of the physical facilities for one among our in-house production locations in German for our retailing brand AutoHero.
Establish and expand initiatives for our retailing brand AutoHero throughout Germany by liaising with business partners and conducting independent contract negotiations.
Assume process accountability over cross-location workflows and use predictions, pre-existing tools, and self-designed tools to coordinate the attainment of goals both internally and externally.
Examine every step in the continuously changing daily operations of the firm, and create the necessary plans of action to enhance the current situation and facilitate efficient operations.
Make sure our procedures are scalable and steer the development of new IT features, from their specification to their effective launch.
Your Skills:
Fulfilled coursework requirements in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, business informatics or a related field.
It is advantageous to have work experience from the automotive industry, start-ups, management consultancies or dynamic rapidly expanding businesses.
Extremely adaptable and eager to travel to carry out work on location.
Adaptability, a strong solution-oriented mindset a sense of ownership and a hands-on approach.
Exceptional presenting and analytical abilities.
Adaptability, decisiveness and entrepreneurial thinking.
Fluency in both English and German.
